My name is Mr. Valdez and I am the creator and producer of tonight’s show. You could have been anywhere else tonight, but you chose to spend your evening here, with us. Thank you for that. That decision is not lost on us.

This show has been my baby since September of 2020. My mission with Stripped is to provide a space to showcase the very best in LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC talent that our community has to offer. We want to make sure that when you sit in these seats, that you see yourself reflected on the stage. We strive to be an authentically all-inclusive show with a focus on body positivity as well as accessibility. Thank you for showing your support to these communities simply by showing up tonight.

Freda Slaves is a true Denver Diva! She is the founder and CEO of American Pharaoh Productions, as well as the current reigning Miss Gay United States Femme Fatale Missouri. She is an accomplished vocalist, choreographer, and stage performer, recently closing out her role as Gary Coleman in Avenue Q. Be it drag, Broadway, or burlesque, Freda Slaves will leave the crowd wanting more!
